Converse and long jacket all around the city. As I am walking past those similarly dressed women in my city, the only thing comes to my mind – is this it? good-bye summer?
I wish for never-ending bikinis, bright dresses, high heels, flats, ..
However, good news for some is that the holiday is over and that “il far bel niente” stays in summer. It’s time for cuddling under blankets, kissing with hot chocolate taste and delicious food 🙂
The Recipe of Chicken wrapped in Parma Ham with honey and mustard sauce
Ingredients:
- Parma ham – 200g
- Chicken breasts – 2
- Honey – 4 tsp
- Mustard – 6 tsp
Preparation method
1. Preheat the oven to 200C
2. Wrap chicken breasts with parma ham
3. Prepare the sauce: Mix honey and mustard and put some salt and pepper
4. Put the whole thing in the oven for 30mins
Potatoes are optional, but would be nice on a side.
